A woman was spotted sitting on a man's car bonnet in a slow-moving queue of traffic. According to an eyewitness who recorded the dramatic scene, he claimed the woman sitting on the car bonnet spotted another woman in her husband's car, hence leading to the response as she couldn't gain entrance into the car.
