Seun Egbegbe, who is an ex-admirer of Nollywood entertainer Toyin Abraham, has been freed after serving 42 months in jail for telephone burglary.

The Federal High Court in Ikoyi has located troubled producer and socialite Olajide Kareem, also known as Seun Egbegbe, who is responsible for only one of the 44 counts filed against him.

The famous movie producer, who is the CEO of Ebony Production, and four others had burned through 42 months in jail after he was charged by the police for the alleged illegal acquisition of ₦‎39 million; $90,000; and £12,550. 
As per the police, the Yoruba movie producer falsely acquired cash from multiple Bureaus de Change between 2015 and 2017.

Judge Oluremi Oguntoyinbo released the four suspects but sentenced the producer to an additional one year and four months in prison under the jail schedule. He was set free yesterday, October 11, 2022.

She proclaimed that 43 of the 44 counts of charges were dismissed in light of the absence of substantial evidence.

Judge Oluremi likewise discredited the argument that the arraigning group flopped in its obligation to create confirmations, to be supported by the witnesses on Counts 4, 19, and 21.
