Teniola Apata, also called Teni, was at the conference in Abuja on Tuesday, October 11, where she and other notable figures in the nation were given national awards by President Muhammadu Buhari.

A viral video from the occasion showed when Teni, who wore a suit, was called upon to accept her honour as she was awarded a Member of the Order of the Niger (MON).

Besides Teni, other prominent Nigerians in the MON classification are 2Baba, Abubakar Maikano, and Shehu Othman.
