Atiku Abubakar, Peoples Democratic Party's presidential candidate, has expressed that the Igbos can succeed him as president whenever he has served his full term.
If elected, Atiku vowed to give projects to the Southeast and locales, stating that his support to any Igbo State is him supporting Nigeria's growth.
Atiu further asserted that he would win the 2023 polls. He said his relationship with the Igbos would continue till they're given the presidency after him.
He guaranteed that his adoration for the area set off his choice to continuously pick an Igbo as his running mate.
He further uncovered that he has three Igbo kids, and I'm expressing this for the first time, out in the open. In this way, my relationship with Ndigbo didn't begin today".
